His foot steps fell heavy on the ground as Meridian made his way through the graveyard back to the crypt he called home. He wasn't that much afraid of being silent about it, he was after all many of the things that go bump in the night, no reason to be skittish on the way home.
He wasn't sure if it was a good call moving to London, but apparently a lot is going down these days. With the whole mystic crap of being more then one Slayer now, it only seemed right that for Meridian once again to make his mark on the world. He hadn't felt this good since the Thirty Year War. Now that was a war. He had high hopes for this one, if thats what you'd call it.
After his late night snack he gathered some supplies from his Fence and started his journey back to his crypt with a garbage bag slung over his shoulders. Some of these London crypts were smaller then he remembered, but he supposed it was all on how you decorate. There is only so much a vamp can do out in the day light, got to have something to keep you busy, and Meridian wasn't one for nesting so there was no way in hell he'd have others laying about to gossip or talk with. He shivered at the notion as he jumped and kicked off another tombstone casually with a sly grin etched across his face.
London was the kinda city one could get used to, and Meridian was getting used to it. There used to be so many unique Players in London but a lot of them seemed to have skiddadled to other parts of the globe to cause some evil. Hellmouths, tend to attract those seeking to bring on the end of the world, but he heard there were a few things in London that could do that also. He also heard of power one could get by doing some of those things, Meridian had to try.
Imagine being able to walk into the sun, to be invulnerable to slayage. Meridian could imagine a slayer quivering under his gasp as he choked the light out of her with his jaws clenched around her neck, teeth sinking in to siphon the life out of her body. The delicious possibilities, near made Meridian hungry again, he almost seriously doubted anyone would be strolling around the cemetery at night. But, hes been wrong before.
